Not long to wait now!!

Just look at how cute this stamp set is! Again, it is from the new Mini Catalogue due for release on the 1st August, 2009. It is the cutest little set, called "Tree Trimmings".

The colours I chose to use were: Very Vanilla, Chocolate Chip, Baja Breeze, Kiwi Kiss and Riding Hood Red. The ribbon is also featured in the new mini, it's called Riding Hood Red Striped Grosgrain Ribbon. Perfect for those Christmas projects.

Tea Anyone?

These cute wee teabag cards have been on my wishlist to make for ages! I found the template on Splitcoast Stampers, and have been meaning to put one of these together!! I am a tea-a-holic, so for me, it's the perfect little gift. :)

This was the first time I have used the Tea Party DSP and I LOVE it!!! It's definately one I will be getting again. It goes so well with all the Soft Subtle colours and the Playful Petals stamp set.

New Mini Catalogue launches 1st August!!

I've done this card for a challenge...

It's for the Corrosive Challenge, I haven't done anything for this site before, so this is a first.

As I mentioned earlier, I am making a start on my Christmas Cards now so that I will have plenty when the time comes for sending them out.

More cards...

Today was a productive day on the card front. I managed to get a couple more cards made, and I have to give thanks to Michelle Cave, my wonderful and helpful upline for the idea for the rose card. I used the Fifth Avenue stamp set to create that gorgeous rose, thanks to Michelle's wonderful instructions. Thank you Michelle.

I know "Like it a Latte" is retired, but I do love that set!

Christmas is coming....

Well, not for a while yet.. but I did want to make a start with my Christmas cards early this year, as last year I just ran out of time! So, here is the first one I have made.

This is one of last years retired stamp sets, but I just love it! The ribbon is Stampin' Up!'s twill, with the soft holly wheel rolled on it.
